Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or using Emadeck (emadeck.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

Emadeck is an online design platform that lets you build ebooks and other digital products from ready-made templates, customize them, save your projects and export them as PDF files. We may add, change or remove features over time.

Your account

• You must give accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done through your account.
• You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your country.
• One account is for one person. Do not share your login.

Plans and payment

Emadeck is offered as a paid subscription, billed monthly or annually. Prices are shown on the Pricing page and may change; a change never affects a period you have already paid for. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. To cancel, write to contact@emadeck.com. Unless the law of your country says otherwise, payments already made are not refunded.

Your content

You keep all rights to the texts, images and projects you create. You give us the limited permission needed to store your projects and display them to you inside the service. You are responsible for what you create and for having the right to use any text or image you add.

Templates and licence

While your subscription is active, you may use Emadeck templates to create products and sell or distribute the finished products you make with them, including on marketplaces. You may not resell, redistribute or share the templates themselves, or the Emadeck builder, as a template pack or as a competing tool.

Acceptable use

• Do not use Emadeck for anything unlawful, hateful, misleading or abusive.
• Do not upload content that infringes someone else’s rights.
• Do not try to copy, reverse engineer, overload or break into the service.
• Do not use automated tools to extract templates in bulk.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Emadeck available and your projects safe, but the service is provided as is, without a guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error free. Keep your own copy of important work by exporting it to PDF.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Emadeck is not liable for indirect or lost profits, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Ending your account

You can stop using Emadeck at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or if payment fails. When an account is closed, we may delete its projects after a reasonable time.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we make an important change, we will tell you by email or in the service. Continuing to use Emadeck after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Emadeck, unless mandatory consumer law in your country says otherwise.
